Hi we are Melissa and Josh owners of The Victoria Grazing Company.

The business was founded in 2024 and has quickly become one of Hull’s finest alternative catering companies. Trusted by many of loyal customers that come back time and time again.

What started as a grazing table created for Josh’s 40th birthday party, has now developed into having a professional kitchen in the centre of the city.

Melissa’s passion for food and feeding people goes all the way back to childhood. I can still picture myself standing on a little stool in my grandparents’ kitchen, watching my French grandfather create incredible home-cooked meals. On weekends, I’d bake alongside my grandmother, learning that food is more than nourishment — it’s love, care, and joy shared at the table.

That early spark never left me. Over the years, it grew into a deep commitment to bringing people together through beautiful, abundant, and delicious food.

The Victoria Grazing Company was born from that love — a way to share the same warmth, creativity, and quality I experienced growing up. I carefully select fresh, seasonal, and artisanal ingredients to create grazing tables, boards, and boxes that not only look stunning, but also bring genuine delight.

For me, it’s about more than presentation. It’s about watching faces light up when they see a spread, and knowing they leave feeling nourished, happy, and connected.
